Apparently, this circa is also the approximate date of the beginning of the Milky Way Galaxy/Universe/Multiverse, 13.82 billion years ago (per the Big Bang theory).

I am going to use this date from the date of this article onward, for things that apply to the beginning of existence. Ha!

Literally... "Why not???"

If a reference refers to something that has always been factual, then that would actually date to the beginning.

The artistic display of the people with universal heads refers to humanity being born "alone," and existing in worlds of their own.

For even multiple births, such as twins, triplets, etc. are still born "alone" in that we often make individual entries into the world.

It is very rare for multiple fetuses to exit the birth canal at once.

So, my gesture of "The Galactic Declaration of Independence" refers to the equality of all of life; again seen within the artistry, as everyone--young, old, large, and small--has their own universe.

The way it has always been since the beginning of existence.

We are so lucky, otherwise, to share the Earth with one another, since c. 13.82 billion B.C.E.
